All purchases on mellou.co are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, auto-ship programs, or any form of recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel or renew.

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email us at support@mellou.co within 24 hours of placing it and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. After it ships, your order is still covered by our 100-night trial and can be returned for a full refund.
