We want you to see results with your RedLume Cap. That is why your purchase is protected by two guarantees.
90-day satisfaction guarantee
Use your RedLume Cap for 90 days. If you are not satisfied with the results, write to us within that period and we will refund the cost of the cap.
14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification.
How to request a return
- Write to us at soporte@redlume.co indicating your order number and the reason.
- We will respond with the instructions and the return address.
- Send the product with all its accessories and share the tracking number with us.
We do not accept returns sent without having been previously requested.
Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm the approval of the refund via email. The amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days.
Digital bonuses
The PDF bonuses are a gift included with the cap and have no additional cost, so they do not generate a separate refund.
Damaged or defective product
If your cap arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, write to us within 7 days of delivery, including photos or a video of the product. We will resolve this with a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the shipping.
Cancelled orders
You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
