The RedLume Cap is a cosmetic and wellness device. It is not a medication and does not replace the diagnosis or treatment of a healthcare professional. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use as directed.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include applicable taxes based on your location, unless otherwise stated. We may modify prices and promotions at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

4. Orders

Upon confirming your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. We may reject or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or lack of availability, with the corresponding full refund.

5. Gift bonuses

Digital bonuses are offered for free only with the purchase of the RedLume Cap and are for personal use. They cannot be resold or redistributed.

6. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Deadlines and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy and on our Returns and Refunds page, which are part of these terms and include the 90-day warranty and the 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Site usage

It is not permitted to use this site for illicit purposes, nor to attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation, or reproduce its content without authorization.
