At RedLume, we prepare every order with care. Your Red Light Therapy Cap travels protected in its original box and in discreet outer packaging.
Free shipping
Shipping is FREE on all RedLume Cap orders.
Order processing
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
- Spain and the rest of Europe: 5 to 7 business days
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
Lead times start from the moment the package is dispatched and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, peak season, or courier delays.
Digital bonuses
The PDF bonuses included with your cap are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation.
Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our distribution center, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The tracking system may take 2 to 5 business days to show movement.
Delivery address
Please check that your address is complete and correct before confirming. If you spot an error, write to us at soporte@redlume.co as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
