This website (mellou.co) and the Mellou brand are owned and operated by L&A Professional Services, a company located in Florida, United States. Throughout these terms, "Mellou", "we", "us" and "our" refer to L&A Professional Services. You can reach us any time at support@mellou.co.
2. Products & Pricing
We do our best to display our products, colors, and prices accurately. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers over a secure, encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Payment is collected at the time the order is placed, in U.S. dollars (USD), and the charge appears on your card or bank statement as MELLOU.
Every purchase on this site is a one-time charge. We do not enroll customers in subscriptions, memberships, auto-ship programs, or any form of recurring billing.
If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect, please email us at support@mellou.co before contacting your bank. We resolve billing questions quickly and directly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours and delivered within 2 to 5 business days inside the United States. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
6. 100-Night Trial, Returns & Warranty
Every Mellou comes with a 100-night risk-free trial and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Both are described in full on our Returns & 100-Night Trial page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the Mellou name, is the property of L&A Professional Services and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Mellou products are comfort and sleep products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L&A Professional Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this site will be resolved in the courts located in Florida, United States.
